Canadian Russel Yip has trained to be a fighter his whole life. Russell is a fourth degree black belt in Kanzen Kenpo. While his striking abilities cannot be questioned, his ground fighting is also at a high level. Russell has recently moved to Japan to work on his mma career where he trains full time with the likes of Yuki Kondo and other top level Japanese fighters. We look forward to Russell making his professional mma debut in 2008.
